2025 Award Recipient

William Aiken
Will’s philosophy is that proficiency is a large contributor to safety. Growing and strengthening that proficiency is a continuous process. To date, he has produced almost two hundred weekly safety topics that are distributed to all team members and beyond. These topics are focused at the operational level and hopefully answer the “what’s in it for me" question. Many are generated from team member questions. Each topic can a quick review, but also include the resources for a group discussion or more. His hope is that all team members will benefit from a continuous delivery of actionable information that includes an inseparable safety element.
