Kelley Holdren, a compassionate individual who faced the challenges of cancer with unparalleled courage and resilience, leaves behind a legacy that continues to inspire. Her significant contributions to ASTNA and the transport industry at large will be remembered with deep respect and gratitude.
May the Kelley Holdren Excellence in Transport Nursing Award serve as a perpetual reminder of her outstanding leadership and commitment to advancing our industry and her encouraging others to strive for excellence. In celebrating this award, we pay tribute to Kelley's enduring legacy and the positive impact she made on the lives of those in the transport nursing community.
ASTNA will be accepting nominations and self-nominations. This award will be presented at the Critical Care Transport Medicine Conference annually. The award recipient will receive a prestigious award, conference registration, airfare and three nights hotel.
Criteria:
- ASTNA Member
- Actively involved in transport nursing
- Video essay or Written essay specifically addressing how the individual strives for excellence in transport nursing and how they have experience or desire to participate in at least two of the following areas:
*community outreach or service
*promoting excellence in critical care transport
*actively involved in industry specific committees
*transport nursing publications or research - Application Completion
- Two references (Name, Email)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
